Internet Package (Online APK)

Production of a radio report or feature including sound bites, studio time, compilation of text and recordings/voice-overs, research day for recordings on location, design of internet page for downloading from B & B Medien and/or the client’s website, fax/e-mail shot to 500 radio journalists, personalised download counter with module to identify radio stations, telephone recap.

Purpose
This package is best suited for current topics and events. Reports, sound bites and interviews are made available to radio stations for download on radiosounds.de and/or the client’s website. Being the fastest and most current of all media, radio places great value on topicality and newsworthiness. All stations are informed of the upcoming report before the event. Afterwards, the media value and success are determined by an analysis of individual downloads.

Audio Press Release (APK Letter)

Compilation and production of APK CD including a current radio report, a research day, 220 CD copies with colour print label, mailing to 200 private and public radio stations in Germany in a CD letter and postage. The CD letter contains a personalised note, a broadcast confirmation fax, the report manuscript and a press release. All services of the above mentioned Internet Package are also included.

Purpose
The Audio Press Kit (APK) is an acoustic press release on a CD containing radio reports, sound bites, interviews, sounds, background noises and music. Just like a traditional press release, it is sent in the form of a (CD-) letter. Even though interest in download offers on our website is increasing continuously, a CD sent by post still attracts more attention than an e-mail or fax referring to the possibility of downloading a report.

Audio Press Kit Box (APK Box)

Scale

The APK box includes all services listed above. The CD is packaged in a jewel case with a full-colour booklet and tray card and is posted inside a folder (neutral with sticker or client folder). 

Purpose

This version of the audio press kit CD is best suited for timeless topics. APK CDs in cases can easily be stored and booklets contain detailed information about the contents of the CD. They allow room for a creative design and have a greater visual appeal.

Promotions

B & B Medien organises competitions with radio stations to go with the client’s topic. The cost of a promotion depends on the number of competitions and their extent.

Purpose

Radio stations are provided with prizes to give away if they communicate the client’s message. B & B Medien oversees the competition from developing the original idea to the handling of winners. After each competition the client receives a reliable recap analysis and a CD with all on-air recordings.

APK and Web Page Updates

Updating your APK and website with further reports and sound bites is useful if the topic is complex or your aim is to compile an audio archive with timeless sound bites for future use. We also produce series of radio reports which are broadcast by radio stations on a weekly or monthly basis.
